Kid-Friendly Halloween "Boo" Bark

This super simple recipe doubles as a fun afternoon activity for little ones. It really encourages their creativity! You can pick and choose just about any ingredients you'd like–from the toppings to the bark itself. I usually opt for white chocolate bark so you can see all of the fun toppings. Plus, if you decide to color the bark, white is obviously the perfect canvas. We've been making Boo Bark for three years now and it's something my kids always look forward to. They love seeing–and eating–their creations when all is said and done. And I sure do too!

INGREDIENTS

- Sprinkles
- 3 bars of white chocolate bark
- Additional toppings: pretzels, popcorn, cookie crumbles, etc.

- Parchment Paper
- Spatula

DIRECTIONS

1. Break white chocolate bark apart. Melt either in the microwave or using a double boiler.
2. Spoon melted bark onto parchment paper and spread into a rectangle.
3. Start decorating quickly! It doesn't take too long for the bark to set, so you'll want to make sure the kids are ready to go.
4. Let bark cool in the fridge on a flat surface for 60 minutes.
5. Break into pieces. Enjoy!
